The Estanexo brand

“Estanexo” is a product brand under which Desinno Soft FZCO develops and offers software for property developers. Estanexo is not a separate company and holds no licence of its own. Every agreement, enquiry, invoice and legal obligation relating to Estanexo is entered into with, and owed by, Desinno Soft FZCO.

Desinno Soft FZCO is a software company. It is not a real estate developer, broker or agent, does not sell or market property through this website and does not act as an intermediary in any property transaction. The three-dimensional building is procedurally generated concept geometry and the interior panorama is a computer-generated concept image, not a measured or existing apartment. Nothing on this website is a real estate advertisement within the meaning of the real estate advertising rules of the Emirate of Dubai.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website — text, layout, graphics, the three-dimensional scene, the interior image, the doorway emblem and the Estanexo wordmark — is the property of Desinno Soft FZCO and is protected under Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks and applicable international treaties. “Estanexo”, the doorway emblem and the Estanexo wordmark are brand assets of Desinno Soft FZCO. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of any content without prior written permission is not permitted, except as allowed under the Terms of use.

Desinno Soft FZCO prepares the content of this website with care but does not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. Product descriptions and feature statements describe intended capabilities of the Estanexo platform; the scope actually delivered to a customer is defined only in that customer’s written agreement with Desinno Soft FZCO. This website links to external websites whose content is outside our control; Desinno Soft FZCO accepts no responsibility for external content.

Privacy notice

How Desinno Soft FZCO handles personal data in connection with this website, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”) and its executive regulations.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website is Desinno Soft FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Building A2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question or request relating to personal data, contact privacy@desinno.com or write to the address above.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers this marketing website only. Where a developer, agency or other customer contracts with Desinno Soft FZCO for the Estanexo platform or a project-branded resident application, the processing of personal data within those services is governed by that customer’s written agreement and the privacy information provided to the users of those services. Desinno Soft FZCO’s general privacy policy for the company is published at www.desinno.com/en/privacy-policy.

3. What this website does not do

When you submit the consultation form, the details you enter are sent over an encrypted connection to an enquiry service that Desinno Soft FZCO runs on the same infrastructure as this website. The service checks the details, forwards them by email to estanexo@estanexo.ae — a mailbox in Desinno Soft FZCO’s Microsoft 365 tenant — and sends a short confirmation of receipt to the email address you provided. The service keeps no copy of your enquiry; it holds only a shortened form of your IP address in memory for up to one hour to limit abuse. The optional “Download a copy” button creates a text file in your browser that is saved only on your own device.

Should cookies, analytics or an enquiry-delivery service be introduced in future, this notice will be updated first and, where the PDPL requires it, your consent will be requested before such processing begins.

4. Data processed when you contact us

When you contact Desinno Soft FZCO through the consultation form on this website, by email, by telephone or through the appointment-booking service linked from our company website, we process the personal data you provide. This typically includes your name, company, role, email address, telephone number, the project or development you describe, and the content of our correspondence. We process this data:

• to answer your enquiry and prepare and hold a consultation with you — on the basis that these are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you;
• to maintain and develop our business relationship, keep records of our communications and improve our services — on the basis of our legitimate interests, which do not override your rights and freedoms;
• to send you information about Estanexo or Desinno Soft FZCO that you have asked for — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time;
• to comply with legal obligations that apply to us under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including commercial record-keeping and tax requirements.

Providing personal data is voluntary; without it we cannot respond to an enquiry or hold a consultation.

5. Technical data processed by our hosting provider

This website is served from server infrastructure operated by Desinno Soft FZCO. When you visit it, the web server processes technical connection data — the IP address of your device, the time of the request, the pages requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and the type of browser and operating system — in server logs. Your IP address is shortened before it is written to the log (the last part of an IPv4 address and the second half of an IPv6 address are removed), so the stored entry does not identify your individual connection. This processing is necessary to deliver the website to your device and to detect and defend against misuse and attacks, and is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website. Logs are kept for no longer than 12 months unless a specific incident requires longer retention.

6. Sharing personal data

Desinno Soft FZCO does not sell personal data. We share personal data only with:

• IT, cloud and hosting providers that process data on our behalf under a written contract, including Microsoft Azure services used by Desinno Soft FZCO;
• professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants, where necessary;
• public authorities, courts or regulators, where the law requires it or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Transfers outside the United Arab Emirates

Some of our service providers process data in countries outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, Desinno Soft FZCO ensures that the transfer complies with the PDPL: either the receiving country provides an adequate level of protection as determined by the UAE Data Office, or appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses binding the recipient to a level of protection equivalent to that of the PDPL. You may ask us for information about the safeguards used at privacy@desinno.com.

8. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Unless a longer period is required by law or by a legal claim:

• enquiries and correspondence that do not lead to a contract: 3 years from our last contact with you;
• customer account and contract records: for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years;
• marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, then 1 year as evidence of the withdrawal;
• technical server logs: up to 12 months from collection.

9. Security

Desinno Soft FZCO applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality obligations. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately.

10. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access that data together with information about the processing;
• receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible;
• have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
• have your personal data erased where it is no longer necessary, where you withdraw consent, or where processing is unlawful;
• restrict processing in the circumstances set out in the PDPL;
• object to processing, including to direct marketing at any time;
• not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you — this website makes no such decisions;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe that we have processed your personal data in breach of the PDPL.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@desinno.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond without undue delay and within the period required by the PDPL, and we do not charge a fee unless the law permits it.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, our services or the law. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we use personal data already collected will be communicated to the people concerned where the PDPL requires it.

Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of this website. They do not govern the Estanexo platform or any resident application, which are provided only under a separate written agreement with Desinno Soft FZCO.

This website is operated by Desinno Soft FZCO, Licence No. 64352, IFZA Business Park, Building A2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Desinno”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms of use, the Legal notice and the Privacy notice. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

This website presents the Estanexo product brand and invites property developers and their partners to request a consultation. The website is for information and demonstration only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a binding commitment to provide any service or feature, professional advice, or an invitation to buy, sell, reserve or invest in any property. Any services are provided only under a written agreement signed by Desinno, whose terms prevail over anything on this website.

3. Illustrative and simulated content

All buildings, residences, unit numbers, areas, views, prices, availability statuses, reservation events, resident names, service requests, payments and notices shown on this website are fictitious and are presented for illustration only. Interactive elements marked as examples, previews or simulations — including the CRM synchronisation example and the resident application preview — run locally in your browser and are not connected to any live system, customer relationship management platform, property register or payment service. Desinno makes no representation that any property shown exists, is available or is offered at any price.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

The website and its content are protected as described in the Legal notice. You may view the website and, for your own internal business evaluation, print or save extracts, provided that you keep all copyright and brand notices intact and do not modify the content. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, frame, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the website, and you may not use the Estanexo or Desinno names, emblem or wordmark without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this website in any way that breaches the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes, or the laws that apply to you elsewhere. In particular you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its hosting infrastructure, introduce malicious code, interfere with its availability, use automated tools to harvest content or data, or submit information that is false, unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

6. Enquiries

Information you provide in the consultation form must be accurate and must relate to you or to a business you are authorised to represent. Requesting a consultation does not create any contract or obligation on either side. Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to Desinno Soft FZCO by email as described in the Privacy notice; if the form reports that sending failed, use the contact details in the Legal notice. You must not use the form to send content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to a genuine enquiry.

7. Availability and technical requirements

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice. The three-dimensional experience requires a browser with WebGL support; a static alternative is shown where WebGL is unavailable. The website does not use cookies or tracking, as described in the Privacy notice.

8. Third-party websites

Links to other websites, including www.desinno.com and any appointment-booking service, are provided for convenience only. Those websites are subject to their own terms and privacy notices, which you should read. Desinno is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Desinno, its managers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or any reliance on its content, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applied by the onshore courts of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction that apply to consumers.

12. General

These Terms are written in English; any translation is provided for convenience and the English text prevails. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page; the version in force is the one published at the time of your use, and the date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
